Bulletin No. 2009-01 – October 2008 Reunion 09 Initial Report

Plans for Reunion 2009 are underway. Registration will open October 13, 2009. The following is information to help you register:

Identify yourself as part of the Marine Office Class BC 4-67 2009 Reunion

Schedule of events are being put together but will take place in the San Diego area. We’ll hold a reception on Wed. evening, tours planned for Thursday of military installations in San Diego area, Friday we’ll attend a graduation at MCRD, San Diego, Saturday evening we’ll hold a Mess night that will include spouses and guests, and conclude on Sunday with a business meeting and possibly another memorial service led by our own Chaplin Larry VanSpriell.

Costs for the reunion have not been determined as events are still not final. As with our last reunion, airfare and hotel fees are the direct responsibility of each attendee. Fees that we’ll collect will be principally for common costs of the reunion such as and local fees for dinners and local transportation.

As in 2007 the Planning Committee is hard at work to ensure we have a very successful and memorable reunion.

As we approach the Marine Corps Birthday, we wish each of you a Happy Birthday and look forward to seeing you in September 2009 in

San Diego.
